More Than Events. A Family.
Life Coaching with Lesia was never meant to be just a coaching practice. From the very beginning, Lesia envisioned something deeper: a community of women who genuinely know each other, cheer each other on, and show up when it matters.
Some women come to a Coffee Social and never leave the community. Some attend one Gather Around the table event and end up in a coaching the next quarter. Others just come for the coffee and the conversation, and that’s more than enough. There’s no ladder to climb. Just a table with room for you.
Three Ways to Gather
Coffee Socials
The simplest, most welcoming way to start. Just good coffee, honest conversation, and women who are happy you showed up. These monthly meetups happen in the Chesapeake/Great Bridge area and are free to attend.

Gather Around the Table
The signature community event. Each quarter, Lesia hosts a themed workshop, guided conversation, encouragement, and intentional time together and a catered luncheon. These are the events women mark on their calendars months in advance.

We’re not here to perform or pretend. We’re here to be real. That means messy prayers, honest answers, and the kind of laughter that only comes when you stop trying to impress people.

What’s shared in the room stays in the room. Period. Trust is the foundation of everything we build here, and we protect it fiercely.
